Art Usage

All art shown here, is property of Aurea D. Freniere, unless otherwise is noted. Any reproduction of this site, its content or the opimekiya word will be punishable by international laws, unless said reproduction has been done with the express written permission of the author.

Things you should consider:

Illustrations

a) I's o.k to link my site, but not to steal the art shown here. You are not allowed to post my drawings on Myspace or upload them to flickr. Please respect! If you want to upload your pic to your server, please, notify me first. Once I've agreed, you may upload it -of course with my credit below the image and a link to my site). And pleeeease do not edit the image or anything.
Respect my work.

c) If you want to craft icons or banners from the images, you can do so. But please be considerate. Send me a mail, or place my credit on a visible place and a link back to my site. That's all I ask :)

d) It's not o.k to hotlink. That is: I won't allow you to link directly to one of the images on my site. Why? cause everytime you do so, I get charged for it and that's not fair at all.
If I catch you doing this expect the worse, I warn you.
What you can do instead is to link to one of the pages because that
won't harm my bandwidth.

Backgrounds and Layouts

A) Backgrounds shown here were made for several animation studios. Thus i will strongly advice you to respect this area of the attic as if it was sacred.
-Do not upload the backgrounds to your computer
-Do not link via html or image.

Why? Well, copyrights for those backgrounds are not mine. I did those of course, but I gave up the rights when my contract ended with said studios. Now, they kindly let me post my work over here, as part of my on-line portfolio..
If you do not follow my advice you may be sued by those companies. So beware.
I won't have anything to do with you if that happens. As I already stated, none of the backgrounds showed on this page are for sale or to be shown on any site except here.
